At Flower City Elevator, we are committed to providing exceptional elevator maintenance and repair services throughout Rochester and the Finger Lakes region. We offer two comprehensive maintenance programs to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring consistent performance and peace of mind. Oil and Grease Under this agreement, our technicians will respond during regular business hours to inspect your elevator and address any operational concerns. The cost of all necessary oils and lubricants is included in the contract, while any additional repair work or diagnostic services are billed according to the specific issues identified. Standard 8-Hour Service Contract Our standard service contract provides coverage during regular business hours, ensuring prompt and dependable support when your elevator requires attention. Most maintenance and repair services are included under this agreement, with any work performed outside of standard hours subject to applicable overtime rates.
